We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us deliver the service, and only as needed:

5. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers (including HubSpot, Stripe, Netlify and Cloudflare) store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries. By using our service you acknowledge that your information may be handled overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers protect your information consistently with the APPs.

6. How we protect it

Our order capture is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, runs through an origin-locked, bot-protected server endpoint, and the systems we use apply access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
